How to Synchronize your Ad Platforms

Here we explain how to Synchronize your Ads Platforms like Amazon Ads and Facebook Ads.

Synchronize Amazon Ads

Expand the following section for instructions on how to Synchronize your Amazon Ads:
InfoPlease note: Amazon only retains data for up to 60 days back, meaning that historical data beyond this timeframe may not be accessible.
Login With Amazon

1. Click the "Login with Amazon" button on our Ads Monitoring page



2. Login using your Amazon Ads credentials



3. Click Allow

  1. By clicking allow, you are authorizing Publisher Champ to access your Ads data via Amazon Ad's public API
  2. You should be redirected to our Ads Monitoring page and we can now start pulling your Ads Data


4. Select accounts to track

  1. After you do the above steps, the "Manage Amazon Ad accounts" button will appear on the Ads monitoring page.
    Click the button and select the Amazon Ad accounts you want to track

Synchronize Historical Amazon Ads

Expand the following section for instructions on how to pull historical Ads data (data more than 60 days in the past):
InfoPlease note: Our platform will try to synchronize the historical Ads data, but we cannot guarantee that we can successfully pull everything because Amazon can interrupt the synchronization process at any point before completion, making it impossible to pull everything

1. Install our extension

  1. Depending on your browser, navigate to either: Chrome Web Store  or Firefox Add-ons 
  2. Add our Publisher Champ assistant extension to your browser
  3. This tool allows Publisher Champ to take a copy of your cookies, allowing you to access your data through our platform


2. Login to your Amazon Ads account at advertising.amazon.com (or any other region)


3. Open our extension

  1. Double-check you're on the right page: advertising.amazon.com
  2. Open our Publisher Champ assistant extension that you installed in step 1. If you cannot find the extension in the top right of your browser, click the puzzle icon to the right of the address bar to show all the extensions you have installed - you should find it there. 4. Double check selected country

  1. Be sure that the country you have selected in your dashboard is the country for the data you wish to synchronize with us
  2. You should see a green tick in the 'Ready To Submit' column in our extension for your selected country
  3. If you need ads data for more than 1 region, you will need to open multiple tabs, switch to the correct country/region in each tab and submit cookies for each, one-by-one


5. Submit your cookies

  1. Enter your Publisher Champ credentials in our extension
  2. Click the "Synchronize platforms with Publisher Champ" button
  3. Give it a few seconds ⌛ ... You're done!
 

Synchronize Multiple Amazon email accounts

Have multiple Amazon email accounts but want to view all your Ads data here in one place? Expand the following section for a guide on how you can achieve this with Publisher Champ:

View Ads data for multiple Amazon email accounts (optional)

1. Login to your ads account at advertising.amazon.com (or any other region)

  1. Login using your alternate account(s), not your main account (main account being the one you logged into to authorize our app)


2. Navigate to "Account access and Settings"

          

3. On the "Users" tab, click the "Invite User" button



4. Invite your main account

  1. Inviting other accounts will give them access (that you specify) to the data belonging to the logged-in user
  2. Enter User and Email info for your main account. This is the account that you used to authorize our app. Doing this allows you to view the data for your alternate account(s) when logged in with your main account.
  3. Select 'Viewer' for User permission to enable the invitee accounts to only read data from your alternate accounts (they cannot make changes)
  4. Click the 'Invite User' button to invite your main account
  5. Now that your main account has access to your alternate account(s), all your Ads data can be synced to Publisher Champ and should display in our Ads Monitoring page
  6. Multiple Regions: If you have multiple regions in your alternate account(s), you will need to change to that region (Change country via the button on the top left of the page from screenshot in step ii)), and then repeat steps ii) to iv)
 

Synchronize Facebook Ads

Click the "Login with Facebook" button

  1. Click the "Login with Facebook" button on our Facebook Ad manager page
  2. Follow the instructions in the popup to login/continue and grant Publisher Champ permission to access your Ads data via Facebook's public API
  3. Give it a few minutes ⌛... You're all done! We will start pulling your Facebook Ads data
